I could see these products being sold in franchise establishments if they taste as good as they look. This weekend will be a game changer . All these venues will have secure vending machines where it is legal to sell this type product.
As far as wasting precious money on anything involving hemp fuel, STOP. Sell the patents if they have any to fund the edibles. Hemp fuel will be used in some speciality areas at best. There will never be a mass market in this area that will be profitable to USEI.
