Dok, ….and here is my guess for the DC maturation agents that were used in the secret sauce.

Dendritic Cells partially matured by exposure to heat killed and formalin fixed BCG (5.times.10.sup.6 cfu/ml) IFN.gamma. (500 U/ml). -- Patent Application

I say this because over the past decade, this maturation agent recipe wasn't added added until the latest version of the patent application -- October 2012, because it was used successfully on [a] human[s]** and because it reportedly resulted in long term immunity.

Biomol will probably like this recipe as well, but for far more scientific reasons….(ie. heat stress inflammation), and other reasons he is far more qualified to talk about.

**Note: I say it was possibly tested on more than one human because the patent application refers to small human studies -- which we are not privy to.

One other consequence of maturation is a change in the migratory properties of the cells. For example, maturation induces several chemokine receptors, including CCR7, which direct the cells to the T cell regions of draining lymph nodes, where the mature DCs activate T cells against the antigens that are presented on the DC surface….
