This was 1 of the 2 things that I noticed that I didn’t want to post, cats out of the bag now, I was worried one of you guys would call them up or something.

2012 10K

For the past two decades, diverse corporate interests, including, to our knowledge, IBM, Lockheed Martin, DuPont, AT&T Bell Labs, Corning, Honeywell and 3M, as well as numerous universities and U.S. Government Agencies, have been attempting to produce high-performance, high-stability electro-optic polymers for high-speed (wide bandwidth) telecommunication applications. These efforts have largely been unsuccessful due, in our opinion, to the industry's singular adherence to an industry pervasive engineering model known as the Bond Length Alternation ("BLA") theory model. The BLA model, like all other current industry-standard molecular designs, consists of molecular designs containing long strings of atoms called polyene chains. Longer polyene chains provide higher electro-optic performance, but are also more susceptible to environmental threats, which result in unacceptably low-performing, thermally unstable electro-optic polymers.

So that told me one of 2 things, either we were under an NDA so we couldn’t publicly post knowledge or Corning had developed something, looks like a combination of the two. That is why I was asking BS the other day about Cornings polymers, but he didn’t respond.

The fact of the matter is that none of us checker players are going to figure out this chess match, (well friggin spooks might), but it sounds like BS while once on the inside is now on the outside looking in and doing his darndest to try and convince us that the 250 material that anyone can buy is the answer. Honestly I haven’t a clue but if it was why wouldn’t it cost more and why doesn’t it work in devices apparently there is flaw in that material. Last I heard the LSS wanted 100-125.

Looking at this I’d guess that Perhaps down the road a new entity could be formed going forward but I haven’t a clue, Corning, Dow Corning, Dow. How that would get structured is anyone’s guess, I wonder if there is a Right of First Refusal (ROFR) in the chips?

Here is something a little different in the applications “power storage applications”

Who knows what this will bring guys but I’d say it sounds good to me and explains what the BOD options were about and what they working on, well um, one of the things.

When the market swings in this direction and investors “get it” we’ll be off and running, I’m not sure what it will take. Like I said finally they are operating in a logic fashion like a business as for the past you can hash it over everyday and play Monday morning quarterback if it makes you feel better, but as for me, not so much.

IMO Lightwave is not going lay a card down until it is the proper time to lay the card down, Z is cautious, he came after JM and he inherited it from Fred Jr., no doubt if Fred Jr. or Sr. were still in the game this would have moved faster but we are off and running now.

Believe me this was put together for a REASON, there is specific goal, we my not know why until it is time.

Oh and now we know where Miller was coming from with his "thoroughly vetted the science" comment that he made in a recent press release, I can not imagine how much work must have gone into this.
