No problem there. Elite did an increase of 300,000,000 and not 305,000,000 or 330,000,000 because the result would have carried the total O/S above a "BILLION" and perhaps NH and his advisers thought that would not be well received in the investment community and rightly so. A billion shares for a company that is struggling to keep $.35 PPS. You know something? I think they were right but the allure of more shares could not be resisted. The share count in late 2010/early 2011 was in the range of $210M. No good.
