Apologies about using the word "gazillion". Frankly, it happens when i forget the exact amount and/or remember it but think the actual number sounds even worse!

Please understand that i am a committed Long, as much so as Couch, Lasers and the other Gurus (the word i initiated on this board, btw).

The issue is perception, not logic, rationality or reality. Anything that hints of dilution or making dilution an easier option, scares skittish investors. And tends to make the pps go down.

However, as i already said, i believe that would be just a short term drop since ELTP has the right stuff and i believe very strongly in its success.
