You do no service by referring to the increase in authorized shares as a "gazillion". I've seen you do this many many times now. Please stop with the hyperbole. It's a 300,000,000 increase to the Authorized shares. Not all of that will become part of the outstanding shares. Most likely a little more than half will immediately after vote. The rest we shall see. May never get used.
