Rumor has it insiders are accumulating over the next few weeks. Also many company developments in the pipeline. I would recommend it as a good time to get in but that is completely up to you. Hard to say where the bottom is but considering that management offered a buy back several months at about todays price (the buy back at .01 or whatever it was was announced when share price was around 5-7 cents) - one can only assume right now is a low risk entry because you have insiders with big pockets bid supporting as apparently they feel this is a fair price or what they are willing to pay. Todays action supports that they are starting to suck up these shares. Good luck.
