I could be wrong and I'll gladly admit that - I have no special knowledge or prescience ability. At some point in my mind I divided the Large System Supplier (as the mass-manufacturer and distributor of raw Perkinamine product) and the microelectronic company that would actually build the widgets for commercialization. If LWLG were to both license/sell perkinamine and sell gadgets through a 3rd party there would have to be both whether or not LWLG ultimately succeeded in creating and selling its own brand of E/O cables, links, transceivers etc. etc. So my conclusion, though it could very easily be completely wrong, shifted from INTC to GLW (or DOW-Corning) & IBM.

What other opinion are out there?
