Insmed has calculated this offering precisely without using all of $75M shelf. They are very careful to sell shares without hurting investors. But they need money! So, let them have money and make more money. From my own selfish point of view, I want the company to buyback its shares not selling shares. But I know the company has to make money first and buyback its shares later just like TWX or MSFT. If the company's future pps is way above 2-3 (say 10), I would think the company will buyback shares in the future (2010).

The pps will undergo the turbulance. Hang on tough. We will be fine.
