I consider you a friend but I totally disagree with you. I think IDCC has the leverage they need to get the money from everyone and damn soon. I regret to see you making such negative post, but you have to do what you believe is right. I think if I was you I would be getting long instead of believing Nokia and all will challenge IDCC, as the prepayment time frame has got be coming to a end soon for 2003, and that will be over 20 million so how much will Nokia save by going to arbitration, remember they signed a agreement to pay in 1998 commencing in Jan 01, 2002 and now you say they will not pay, cut me some slack.
