yes the convertible notes are real and yes the buyer of the shell would need to buyout 40 billion shares just to cover the debt ... but take a look!
today there was already 1.3 billion shares just squatting on the bid ... thats already 1/40th of the indebted shares.
so what im saying is that based on the bid ... we are already 1.9% on our way to covering that volume.
@ a buy price of $0.0001 ... the shell buyer would only need to shell out $4million to buy the shell. We're talking crazy flea market prices.
