I hope the question was not too complicated to ask....

a lot here have been touting that the merger has already occurred or that it is going to happen real soon... yet, there are no filings to indicate such event is ever going to take place.... nor the exchange of shares to skto... 100 mil to be exact.

can't seem to find it anywhere... can someone help out here and clear this up so everyone can be on the same sheet?

just looking for the facts... nothing else.
