You seem to not understand my post. I'll explain. Most of the stocks in the sector move on speculation that something is about to happen. Signing an agreement to merge is not speculation, but the merge has not actually happened. I said this stock seems to need solid developments to move. A signed agreement to merge, is not the actual merge, That has not happened yet!
