Well you are right when you say
Its a Barite Mine not a rare earth mine they have

I have a tendency to group all minerals into the rare earth category including Barite, it is just not an exotic rare earth and therefore sells for a lower price per ton. Either way the 6 million float, 16 million outstanding will remain the same, at least the company told me that they would not be seeking further funding through equity sales because of the Barite sales and the Silver mine sales. I think by this fall we should see a very strong increase in price per share, I am still having a problem with the MMJ aspect, but that's because I study stocks for value not momentum. It could be a good bost to the share price, we shall see.
