Hi Doubloon,

i made some resarch. Its a Barite Mine not a rare earth mine the have, or better say they now have a 30% royalty fee interest. The Barite mine should go in production this yaer, and the capacity is around 100.000 Tonnes. of this industrie mineral. Barite is used in the Oil Industrie and the prices are continously rising over the years and the demand is also stable growing. the price is around 150 dollar a tonne, and production cost around .. perhaps 50.. so its 10 mio potential, would be 3 mio for BAy horse a year... i think thats a solid story. the upside is not that much as with the silver mine.. but cash flow for shure is better than cash flow perhaps...
