Walter stick to pimping your NiCorp crap.

There is need for your BS theory as to why Norwood and LWLG split.

A contract was put in place and Norwood tested the material.

1. 1st test indicated r33 of 12 pm/V at 1310nm for given material. This is similar to what I have measured on this material. Material was highly absorbing at communication wavelength of 1550 nm. material can be used for datacom applications but really has no interest due to having EO of less than 30-32 pm/V for Lithium Niobate.

2. 2nd test tested new material. Results were inconclusive. Samples were damaged due to either flawed preparation or damage during poling. could not determine if material had any EO activity at all. Again this is the same thing I noticed from same material in my tests. Loading percentage was low and thin film appeared transparent and almost clear. Low loading indicates low solubility. Numbers did not support 250pm/V from press release. If they did don't you think LWLG would have issued a press release? Use common sense if you have any.

I'm assuming the contracts made with University of Arizona should be public. The contracts were for a low amount of money. It is not even worth the time for Norwood to even put a student or Post doc on this project when he has numerous projects with grants of 100k to 1 million per year. Again use common sense

Old man stick to what you know which is nothing. Next time you come at the King please bow. Thanks!
