IG do you have a filing to show increase?

reading the last 10Q it doesn't reflect that increase... when did they increase it? before of after March?

As of March 19, 2014, there were 3,549,927,718 shares of our common stock outstanding.

And otcmarkets show the shares outstanding to have already maxed out the authorized... so they must have increased the shares o/s... already. But I do not see a filing to do so... can you guide me on this? when did they increase the authorized.
