You can short on this stock all you want. But understand this, as a good shorter they won't short this stock. As soon as the company submit the 8K form and the 4S form all shares must be account for (which could happen anytime after the 15th of April). Why the 15th April? Do your DD and you find out. Too risky to short AEGY/SKTO right now. Every smart shorter know that. NEVER SHORT ON THE MERGER COMPANY, ONLY BUY TO COVER.
