Another thing people can do to help is to send copies of all the PRs from IDWD to securities fraud lawyers. This stock has an authorized stock ceiling well above the current issued and outstanding. The market cap here is close to 50 million. This is a nice rake for a shareholder lawsuit. Any settlement would have to be in free-trading shares of which a court could order the issuance to settle. If Downs could lie his arse off in future PRs, lawyers might be able to hit this scam for a few million bucks.
