A few things that I try to keep in mind are that;
Usually anything involving the Government, moves slowly.
The changing/setting up ticker symbols/issuing shares takes time and doesn't always get completed for everyone at the same time.
People all over the world trade this stock.
If not everybody has their shares properly in place, even though there may be more than one entity, It would not be fair to ALL shareholders, to issue news about one entity, that is associated with the other.
There could be other factors, that we haven't thought of.
I perceive this as a ground floor opportunity and more than happy to wait, while also buying more shares.
