half_full: that data from around 100 patients from "independant scientists" is not even close to what I'm talking about. I'm referring to a larger scale study performed by a reference lab that would serve as a legitimate data set. If Moro is serious about CREDIBLE data, he would have contacted CRL, Quest, or one of the other big indepedant labs by now -- but for some reason he hasn't. There is simply no CREDIBLE data on RECAF right now because everything has come from the company itself or unknown foreign scientists (ie the japanese doc and the french doc).
I must say that it really pisses me off and is not a good sign. I have stuck with this stock because Abbott did blind, independant data verification and proceeded to sign a licensing deal. This doesn't excuse Moro from not releasing some legitimate data to shareholders after all these years. It begs the question of whether there is some skeleton in the closet regarding the effectiveness of RECAF. Ie: did Abbott license RECAF because it holds promise as some niche marker which will never be a blockbuster, or is it really the univerally accurate juggernaut that they bill it to be. I hate to say it folks but it indicates that our CEO is either deceptive or clueless, and either one sucks although I definitely hope it's the latter.
Damnit Moro get a clue and give the world some damn data. If a credible reference lab or institution found 90%+ sensitivity/specificity on a large scale trial I guarantee you we'd be on the front cover of every newspaper and medical journal. It simply doesn't count when Moro himself or some unknown foreign researchers perform the trials!!!
