The SP is telling you this is being repriced lower for these reasons. They no longer have rights to the Spanish concession. They currently don't have a working mine in Panama and who knows when that will be operational again, if ever. The workers they had are pissed off because they haven't been paid in months and who knows how many are even working now. They are deeply in debt and on the verge of bankruptcy. All because of our great management team.

Then of course there's the mystery deal that appears to be a dud, so all is well within the Universe with this loser.
