Right, I think their plan is to get to $.20-.30 cents, then Recap the Stock with a reverse split. So although the value of your holdings do not change, the amount of shares do, and less in the Public Float. Good news if you follow this Company is that when they get onto the NYSE or AMEX it opens the Company up to a brand new Investor pool including Institutional Investors, meaning there is more controls on shorting and bug $$$ is now able to trade the stock! It's all Good News specially for Investors who get in down here!!!!
