they'll need to meet the exchange requirements. AMEX has a $2-$3 minimum PPS requirement, among others. NYSE has a min $4 req.

if they really plan to uplist, there's a considerable way to go. My guess is they're trying to get this to the .20 - .30 cent range before pulling a 1:10 R/S to uplist.
