You have done a splendid job in setting it all out correctly.

As you know there is a pending suit which grows out of certain actions of V.V in his capacity as an officer of a company.

Plus other assertions made by V.V. about upcoming 2014 in which certain acquisitions were being targeted including: 700 wells on more than 50,000 acres on mineral rich sites including:

Bakken shale in north Dakota
Eagle ford shale in Texas
23,000 acres in New Mexico

with potential to develop 2 billion dollars in proven reserves and annual revenues exceeding 200 million dollars.......

What I keep struggling with is the motive of a CEO under these circumstances to handle the entity in such a manner.

How can all these lofty, glorious comments along with the many others including the money TV videos be made without some manner to support them............

It would seem these assertions, comments, ravings, etc. would eventually have to be supported to maintain any credibility.

What about the advisory board? Who is responsible here? What about the day to day oilfield operations? Who is responsible.

The only producing lease appears to be in Texas and V.V. resides in Florida.

Still holding out some faint hope, but it is beginning to fade.
