Look Vince said he wanted to move up a exchange and instead we move to a stop sign at pink level. Almost a year we have been hearing about filings with SEC, and instead they do not file un audited ones on otc to keep current. We hear about amazing production, and yet they do not report amazing production to the Gov sites, we hear about 20 leases and over 300 wells, but they only really talk about a few we can confirm perry, and lucy travis. He says dilution was a huge problem before he came on board and he stopped it, IMO it has not stopped. He hires a oil specialists, but as far as we know he has not been to work yet with them, the trucking / equipment company who supposedly had over 40 contracts lined up , we have heard nothing about how they are doing. ETC. I think what I spelled out above is pretty correct, but always check to ensure as I do get thigs mixed up sometimes

Now its always possible my humble assumptions and opinions are wrong, but I see so many red flags here and lets face it we are hitting all time lows and continue South, this may just all be some ones dream, and if not WE HAVE THE WORSE CEO THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN RELEATION TO SHARE HOLDERS AT LEAST.
