Just got off the phone with ETRADE.

APWC has not sent the shares to ETRADE yet.

On March 28th ETRADE was told by APWC that they would have the
shares in 4 to 6 weeks from March 28th.

ETRADE told me I can't trade my shares online.

If I want to sell, I must call into ETRADE and they will handle the
transaction(s) for me, until the shares are in ETRADES possession.
