Simple to see how bad it is based on empty promises and the Hipple, Gelmon recent filings. They did this to themselves and Benz is the last little bit of glue left here. Amazing he stayed this long.

Why offer disgruntled shareholders a 30 day window and miss it again and again. they cannot ever do this merger with the Hipple and I-Equity AVNE mess. SEC would close the doors upon request if they show any of this to them.

I am getting down to a point I am much more comfortable with the remaining position as too many others are looking better then this is. Grass is sometimes greener and I hope all do well here.
