..."this transaction will not be allowed to be left hanging open with continuing delays. I believe it is in the best interest of Globetel to continue to work with Internafta AS LONG AS I BELIEVE THAT THE TRANSACTION IS MOVING FORWARD AND THAT BOTH PARTIES ARE WORKING IN GOOD FAITH TO FINALIZE IT."
...this said by Huff, after, in the same PR...
"Internafta and Globetel DO NOT CONTROL THE TIMING AND EVENTS IN THIS BANKING TRANSACTION"...
His first statement is what bothers me a little...it implies there MAY be some doubt, and that if he believes at some point that the Russians are NOT working in good faith to finalize the deal, it may be terminated...
but, later he says neither the timing or events are in his (GTE's) control OR THE RUSSIAN'S...
meaning it's all in the banker's hands...so why the comment about good faith?
is this bugging anyone else? why make that comment if the reason it's been "left hanging open with continuing delays" is no fault of GTE's OR THE RUSSIANS...?
(i'm still long and strong)
