I agree that BS's behavior is way over the top but I am concerned that some what he is saying is true and that LWLG management is not being completely forthright with its shareholders. There have been those at LWLG and those on this board and the Yahoo Board who have gone overboard in promoting this stock and this company. Maybe in the end they will be proven right- I hope. Here is my list of my concerns:

-NO insider buying!!!
-botched EMP partnership- not enough due diligence to figure out that EMP is a SBIR shop (not too difficult to ascertain?)
- No SBIR award in 2013 (why did LWLG not wait til they had good data?)
- Norwood testing failure (why did LWLG go this route in the first place?)
- Greenlee leaves WITHOUT notice
- Charles Olsen let go (he was our marketing guy with nothing to market)
- Lockheed relationship terminated
- 4 CEOs in last 8 years
- Almost 4 years of working with LSS and no deal in sight
- virtually no revenue over the past 10yrs.
- university relationships that seem to come and go without good reason (Lehigh, CUNY, Bama,ect...)
- partnership with Fiberlogix which bears no fruit
