IDCC granted 2.5m options in 2000, 5.1m in 2001, and 1.1m in 2002. At the 2002 grant rate of 1.1m per year, the 5.6 remaining options, warrants, and restricted shares would last 5 years. If we vote No this year to the additional 5m option authorization, no existing plan will have to be modified or terminated.
