The CEO is smart he did a slow and steady pr push through shareholder update on March 26th and the visiting of the operation in question of acquisition on April 1st. There will be good news. They are formalizing to the retail investors here like me and you the intentions that should have happened two weeks ago. This gives the company a greater exposure with more retail involved in this venture they are undertaking. Sprwf will be creating some major shareholder wealth for all involved. The insiders own 9% of the company.
