You are already expecting an attack. Look at what you are saying.
You won't get attacked if you don't give a reason to be attacked. That seems to be a bit of what Uncle Fred is saying. You keep looking to be attacked because you enjoy it. It's your nature to act like you are God behind a computer screen.
I don't expect you to roll over. I don't and never will. But, it is very possible to conduct a debate/refute someone without flaming them, cursing, or attacking them. If you aren't fighting over a particular issue (stock, politics), then you are fighting over the wrong thing. Remember, never attack the person, just the issue. You lace the two together too closely and that is what lands you in Club Matt all too often.
