My Pitch: Laidlaw Energy is incredibly underpriced. The upside potential here is huge with minimal risk considering how far into the regulatory process they are. I've been following this for years and have met their staff in their New York office-CEO Michael Bartoszek is another reason I'm in LLEG. Patience.
