XIN is developing 54M dollar condo in Brooklyn-here home prices are up 14% y/o/y. IPO closed at 16.80 in Dec '07 before mkt decline.

I just believe in their product and patents and don't believe it's a scam - evidently dubious characters connected with Shell company. CEO & CTO have more to be gained from marketing their product than from running a scam.
