My PBR Pitch: PBR is a perfect buying opportunity regardless of what some of the charts say. Look at the positive cash flow. The company has massive amounts of buying power and can make big things happen. When this stock starts to run, the charts will only be a bonus, then the earnings will lead this stock to $70
