My CRMBW Pitch: CRMB is a pure play on the burgeoning gourmet cupcake business. The company was acquired by a SPAC recently and will list on NASDAQ. They are growing rapidly and intend to open 200 stores by 2014 about 5x increase. The warrants expire in 2015 (ex@ $11.50) and are already in the money.

My AMCX Pitch: Cablevision is spinning off its cable channel unit AMC Networks. Citing programming success, carriage fee upside and a possible acquisition as early as 2012, analysts say AMC Networks shares are worth in the mid to high $40 range. The spinoff will happen July 1 and the business will be leveraged.
