My Pitch: With the 'Q' coming off soon this will be one of the quickest turnarounds in bankruptcy history.... with a decent revenue, debt free 'Fill' to boot. Commons shares will survive the merger, and company officials are buying a good chunk of the them to hold as restricted over three years on the merger.
