This statement from the technical report seems rather important..
"This report concerns the prospects for encountering a potash mineral resource within the
bounds of Saskatchewan Subsurface Mineral Permit KP 289 granted November 22, 2005, to Invictus
Minerals Corporation, a private corporation not associated with ISX. The Findlater Project is presently
optioned by ISX from Invictus. Invictus is presently the operator of the property."
Wouldn't the terms of the option agreement be kind of important? I didn't see it on their website but I did see this in another report:
Anglo/BHP are the largest land holders in the basin.
Potash Mineral Claim Holders Total Acres
BHP- 75% ANGLO MINERALS- 25% 1,635,040.72
MOSAIC/ POTASH ESTERHAZY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP 289,983.91
POTASH CORPORATION OF SASKATCHEWAN INC. 310,384.36
AGRIUM PRODUCTS INC. 215,777.99
INVICTUS MINERALS CORPORATION 97,239.59
ATHABASCA RESOURCES INC. 392,526.06
(source: Sask Industry and Resources, May 28, 2007)
At 25% Anglo Mineral's share is still huge and BHP has to spend their money on developement to get the earn in.
