To the WAWH: now that I have your attention. I own this stock cytogenix. You pointed it out to me. I did my dd which took me 5 minutes. The questions, has the company been in bussiness at least 5 years ? YES Are they in a field where they can strike oil or gold and the stock can go up at least ten times its present price ? YES Is the stock tradeing below fifty cents ? YES DD done I buy. I have been trading stocks and commoities for close to 50 years now and am happy to share my knowledge with anyone that asks. Over at rol.a you asked where does Mr Mitchell buy. I was happy to take the time to tell you and even went on to explain canadian flow thru shares to you. Even how to pick up shares at favorable prices. As I will pass soon I no longer need this information. But when someone takes the
time to answer your question,at least have the common curtsy to say thank you.
seven cents hurrah we can get the operation for grandma now
I was the lead investor for a company with a revolutionary new product we held several patents.Everone at the company was very excited. With in 6 months the chinese copyed our product. The bad news is we couldn't sell it. The good news is the chinese couldn't sell it either.
no news is good news perhaps ?
I show that trade as being made in the after hours market.I didn't even know they traded this puppy in that market.I bought more today, but only god knows why. I don't have a good reason for it. THE OLD GUY
Help Help my stock has fallen and can't get up !

You guys are ruining my day. I hate rollercoasters and now you tell me I'm upside down on one. ooooooooh THE OLD GUY
to the wawh you asked where bruce mitchell buys he buys the canadian flow thru shares if you are not familar with them hers how they work depending on which providence you are in by the way canadian citizens only the tax write offs of the company go to the shareholders this is a one time deal not each year but it can amount to 40 to 60 percentof the money invested so if the investor was to buy from the company 1 share at one dollar and get a 2 year warrant to buy 1 share at 1.25 his total investment is one dollar they are subject to a 4 month hold period at the end of the hold period someone like mitchell who thinks the stock is under valued comes in and buys the large block at say 85 cents the sellers cost is only 40 to 60 cents so he has a nice profit and still has the warrants the sellers risk is the stock goes down during the 4 month hold period and no buyers emerge this was set up by the goverment to get investment funds for the oil gas and mineing industry if you look at the date of the transaction and then go out 4 months on many of these companys it is an excellant time to buy as they are often dumped on the open market and the stock will take a short term tumble best of luck THE OLD GUY
I talked to bolton today yadayada yada says lots of rain up there putting them way behind they won't make thir early projections says they are activly seeking a merger feel it will help says the market is ignoring small companys with less then 3000 blds a day production will keep my postion for now best of luck to all THE OLD GUY
I wish I had you guys with me in Nam charging machine guns. Boy o boy do you have faith. THE OLD GUY
To Discovery; the dividend. I would be happy to buy any stock that doubles in 5 years, just from the dividend alone. Right now in the energy market, where I want most of my investments to be. It makes it a low risk stock with good upside potential. THE OLD GUY
For what its worth I didn,t buy more. I will more at 4 and only if theres big volume to go with the price. THE OLD GUY
yes, I was lied to. I was told we would not see any more flow thru shares. But the new funding has them, always hurts the price. Makes you wonder if they are trying to dilute the percentage Mittchell owns.No matter what. It seems to have taken the stock out of play for now. THE OLD GUY
Who have what ? I was there, I want to see it first hand! It didn't happen. I want to put my money on the line with my DD not someone says. They did not give that to me down there. I went out of my way to find people that were not directly connected to the company, but had ties or bussiness dealings with them. None, I repeat None were convinced that this was the greatist thing since canned beets. That being said. I am still a stockholder. But look at my previous posts as to why. PP and me and others just don't want to see people that can't afford the loss in things like this. They should be in PGH where they can build the value of their portfolio with little risk. If you know the rule of 72. Its the perfect stock. THE OLD GUY
I like PP he brings perspective to this, I find it hard to call investment. There are alot of people that should not be putting their money into this type of investment and he does a good job of pointing out the risks. When you get right down to it, this stock has enough red flags to fill Red Square in Moscow. THE OLD GUY
Stop lying to your selves. We saw nothing down there. No tanks, no gas being flared or stored. Nothing coming out of the end of a pipe, just Yada Yada Yada from the cheerleaders. THE OLD GUY
If the ron that bought this stuff in conn ron, he has a small trucking company with 5 trucks. He knows the history of this usse from top to bottom. THE OLD GUY
Let me answer the question. I am long and will stay that way till zero. See my post #41874 For what its worth, I have Scottrade. For right now they are doing a great job, excellent fills. I love the fact that 10000 shares at ten dollars only costs me seven dollars. Thirty years ago a 5000 share trade would cost me seven hundred dollars. Best of luck to all. The OLD GUY
Pork links or all beef ?
TO EELFLAND If god did not want them sheared. He would not have made them sheep!
Its hard to belive that paper profits who has something to say about everthing has made no comment about mystical mist having this great stock usse in his IRA. oooooh THE OLD GUY
To Hogsgeteaten and anyone else that cares to read this. Sorry for not replying sooner, was out fishing. I have a feeling, but its not a good one. But please let me put that in perspective for you.I buy three or 4 of these turkeys each year, but I am mentally and financially prepared to take a total loss. This is a very small part of my portfolio and it should be of yours too. The reason I buy these things! A long time ago I had the privilege to know some of the investors who put up the money for McDonalds before it went public. This is a real long story and a very good one. But I will shorten it up, to the main point.Three years after my good friend gave them the money. I asked him, why he gave so little when they had asked for so much more. His reply, I stood there and watched the operation and all I could think of was how can you make any money with ten cent frys and 15 cent hamburgers. But, boy o boy did they make money. I didn't give them more money because, I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS LOOKING AT. Same thing with USSE. But if its for real, I want to be a part of it. Yes J R is a flake but so were nine out of ten of the creators of the companys I have worked with. They are there own worst ennemys. They should stick with their tinkering and let the pros run their companys. As far as the success of the company goes. I will stand by my previous post, they can not get a patent or this would not be a penny stock. It would be a fifty dollar I P O . If you understand the rule of 72, you should be putting your serious money in PGH. Best of luck to all. THE OLD GUY
to PERICLES thanks for taking time to post message have large position much appreciated
For all those so anxious to see production start.I have been involved with several start up companys, three of which I was the lead investor. When you take your product from the garage to the factory floor, there is a huge learning curve. For instance, we had one where the product to be proccesed. Coming in by the semi load was 20 degrees colder then what was obtained from local vendors. A hot water bath and steam treatment line had to be added. The orginal time table called for 6 months from funding to first production. This sounded reasonable. As all equipment could be bought off the shelf. Try 18 months till first production date, and tweaking still going on 3 years later. Now you have a company that, and this is only a guess can buy at most 50% off the shelf.Even if you could instantly solve that problem, where would you put the resulting products. If they are unable to lease the tank farm that is just east of the plant, you will see real delays. I am now retired with lots of time, so will be glad to try to answer any questions on any subject. Like all old people I got a closet full of T-SHIRTS that say been there, done that, got a T-SHIRT. Best of luck to all. THE OLD GUY
I was there. The beef was dry and overdone. Most of the food was fair, but the fruit and cheese plate was excellent. THE OLD GUY
This stock should be shown the same courtesy as a horse with a broken leg. THE OLD GUY
The guys at raging bull say its great.
Why is everyone supprised by this mess. Redwood is doing the same fine job they did over at Nanobac for Mr Stanton.THE OLD GUY P. S. Yes I am being facetious.
Good question paper profits, who do they call and why. They never call me. They know I own one percent of a American stock exchange listed company and one percent of a canadian listed company. So I think I would be big enough to be considered an accreited investor. I have talked to them in the past. They have my name and number and know I can move a ton of shares if they can show me some validity to the company their promoting. The whole thing makes you wonder. THE OLD GUY
Biodiesel by Design
April 30, 2007
Farmers all over the world may soon be able to grow all the fuel they need, without use of fossil fuels. In addition, various crops may be directly convertible to diesel fuel, thereby providing a cap on energy prices with an unexpected twist.
Imagine a credit card-sized device that turns raw vegetable oil into biodiesel. Now, it exists.
According to the Associated Press, the machine moves vegetable oil and alcohol through almost invisibly small channels, narrower than a human hair. The result is near-instantaneous conversion to biodiesel.
Current methods are reliable, but require 24 hours or longer to make the conversion. They also require a catalyst and a slow chemical reaction.
Oregon State University collaborated with the Oregon Nanoscience Institute to develop the device, which can be placed in parallel arrays to process large volumes of oil. (Think of the fins of a radiator, or layers in an air filter and you've got an idea.)

BETTER THAN ETHANOL...
Wall Street claims these 2 ethanol stocks are the best energy investments you can buy TODAY... I say they're both duds! But over the next 3 years, these 3 REAL ALTERNATIVE energy companies are nearly certain to soar...
*****************************
For farmers and small towns near agricultural centers, this has huge potential advantages. First, it may allow them to become energy self-sufficient. Second, it has the cost advantage that the biodiesel need not be refined nor transported thousands of miles.
While the vast majority of internal combustion engines currently do not burn biodiesel, the transition could be made in just a few years as necessary and economically practicable.
Biodiesel burns in any diesel engine. However, it does so without producing most of the emissions that give diesel its reputation as a "sooty" power source.
Diesel technology is well understood. Diesel engines have been powering industrial equipment and even automobiles for a century. They actually require less maintenance than gasoline engines and can last longer.
The fact that the new device converts only oil from plants means it is part of a puzzle. The remainder of plant matter from agriculture can be used as feedstock for production of ethanol.
In addition to itself being a fuel that can replace gasoline, the ethanol is the other piece of the biodiesel production process.
Who knows? Your new car of 2011 may be a "hybrid" that burns either diesel or ethanol.
Meanwhile, Transformational Technologies Portfolio holding China Clean Energy (CCGY.OB: OTC BB) continues to strengthen its market penetration. It just opened up a new factory in China, and will double its production capacity for biodiesel fuels.
To your profitable future,
Jonathan Kolber

Next thing you know you will saying that I am being facetious. No way! THE OLD GUY
After reading all these exciting posts. I will now jump into the water with both feet and double my postion from 10 shares to 20. Best of luck to all. THE OLD GUY
Stop worrying about sstp I drove around down there, found the building. Its all boarded up, but theres a nice new sign that says sstp company. Ill bet that with that sign and a dollar bill I could get a coke.JR looked me right straight in the eye and lied to me or hes senile. The bottom line is if usse dont work sstp don't either. So lets worry about one company at a time. THE OLD GUY
J R is following the company plan. Its to take all our money and give it to battered women and children, how nice of him! THE OLD GUY
The only enjoyable part of watching my 25 thousand go down the drain is reading some of these posts that put tears of joy in my eyes. Its almost worth the loss. THE OLD GUY
200 I was there 80 to 90 at the most. We saw lots of pipes but did not actually see soybeans go in one end and fuel out the other. We only have their word that it works. When I asked what they were doing with the gas that they were producing. I could not get a straight answer, other than they must be flaring it off. There are no tanks at present so it might work but its not running now. There is no doubt that J R is a flake but thats the kind of people that come up with these things. On the bright side Edwin, JRs brother in law came up to me and asked what a pump and dump was. When I explained he assured me it wasn't. He was very sincere. Either he is a very good actor or the inner circle has not informed him of the companys plans. At the dinner I pounded on the redwood boys. One of the bigger ones told me that it would be at least 6 months before they knew if the company would be viable. Best of luck to all those who own stock in this turkey, I be one of them. THE OLD GUY
Maybe if you delete the negative news like you delete the negative posts that warn about penny stocks it will go back up
Kansler just want you to know that someone out here is reading your stuff most of the shares that mitchell bought are those that are comming off the flow thru act that has now expired as of jan 1 2007 miniumum hold time 4 months most are held a year a lot of these little oil companies are way behind in there projections because of a shortage of pipes valves and skilled workers but that is starting to ease as the drill count rig continues to drop the good news is that manangment has not sold any of their stock best of luck THE OLD GUY
