Scottrade cannot legally stop you from transferring your account. If this is what they are telling you, write a letter to the NASD - the Americam Association of Securities Dealers. ALso write a certified letter to Roger Riney the CEO and tell him what your branchmgr told you. Then in the letter threaten to go on-line and let everybody know that they are interfering with your ability to conduct business.

Yes, the AMerican to sue is in Detroit: Dr. Jae Ho Kim. You can sue everybody in this company in Federal COurt. It doesn't matter that they live in Canada. They can still be used in Federal COurt, and a judgemenmnt can be obtained.

It can be done! It has to be done in Federal COurt. Note that we are not dealing with(theOSC) with a national agency in Canada, but rather a provincial agency who is represented by individuals whose mandate is not at all clear. Different names analogous to US state agancy magistrates at best. It can be done. I will probably do this in a few weeks. The same will be done with the trust company whose name I can't think of at the moment, the folks who originally [posted the original memos on their web site.

Can the members of the OSC be sued in the USA? YES!! in federal court. I am currently exploring this option because it seems to me that they have had plenty of time in which to determine if anyone has any liability.

Scottrade won't let me transact any business in my account electronically. They claim my email address is invalid. Yet I get email from them all the time. I moved and changed my address by walking into A Scottrade office in Philadelphia. Scottrade refuses to update my account. I have a chunk of pmcl in my account. I also have other stock which I incurred losses on because I can't sell it. AS we all know the normal mode of business with Scottrade is electronic trading.

Good point hasher. I've been reading about a bunch of companies associated with Select American. Apologies to most Russians, but alot of the companies associated wiith Selct American have Russian principals, who "disappear" afetr the stock price drops.Ex: Mglg-Mggl; ilgy-ilgl, pmcl-? They sell the stock at high prices(rel.speaking) the stock price drops. Moreoever some of these companies are shadow companies of real exisitng companies like Magellan ENergy, because they adopt the names of real companies. Someone pls make all this go away.

Another email-er posted on Friday that PMCL has a new TA, Fairross. But to continue, if PMCL is legit, why not have a web page(its real cheap, maybe even free) to communicate company events and news to the public(us shareholders)? Its so easy to do a web site.

Since Fairross is a new org, it may be the people from Select American just started a new company, not formally "took over" Select American. Since there are no names or personal contacts on the web site, it may be another questionable enterprise. Business on the other hand can be easily "transferred".
