true a penny a share earnings would be great but totally unrealistic at this point. That would be earnings of $20mill. That's earnings not sales. Can't belief AERO is anywhere close to that YET.

TD is showing some weird stuff. started .0205/.031 now its .0255/.026. Someone please find out who the idiot is with an ask of .026 so I can take those shares off their hands.

More significant may be the pending crossover of the 50 DMA over the 200 DMA. If we can get over the 200 DMA that would be significant also.
Sorry don't have l2 and couldn't follow it at work if I did. It's hard to believe that with that volume it was mostly retail. There can't have been that many idiots selling yesterday with good PR and MORE to come in just a few days. I would side with a good MM dumping shares for GGI but trying not to kill price at the same time.
This is what I tried to say yesterday. GGI is not done. Look at what really happened from 9/25 to 10/1. $7k off debenture and 13 million shares from escrow. That leads me to believe that 40 to 50 mill more shares from escrow will be needed for them to close the debt. That said they can hold 4.9% of O/S for them selves. If they aren't holding any shares right now they could keep 25 million shares for themselves which would be very smart. Yesterday look like a whole lot of GGI selling to me. Price starts up smartly on good PR then is seriously suppressed with a close at the low of the day minus some tape painting at the end. Probably more of the same today and likely Thurs. I believe for those like me who are not in yet Thur mid-day is the next and likely last good entry point. IMO.
I see where you are coming from but the PR stated the debenture decreased from $35k to $27k from 9/25 to 10/1. And the escrow shares decrease to 430 mill from 443 million. It isn't just price x # shares for the converions. There were other stipulations involved with their pulling the escrow shares and dumping them.
If you look at the numbers from Sept 25 to Oct 1st they knocked off $7k of the debenture and it took 13 mill shares from escrow. That would be a current price levels. So to finish it off they will be dumping nearly 50 million shares on the market starting tomorrow. They can keep 4.9% of total O/S. Which is about 23 million shares or so. I guess the bottom line would be another 25 million in dilution/dumping THEN GGI will be history.
we won't hold gains more than a few days without an 8-k or something. Expectation buying like today should build on its own tomorrow as people see the days big gainers list and SWVC on it. Seeing no news a new wave of buying should ensue with folks who don't think they have missed the boat yet b/c no news yet. But if by next tues we don't see some news we will start a new round of selling as the doubters hit the door. I know its a sin to mention a Pinkie here but FCCN is a perfect example of this type of action. That being said it is very doubtful we need to worry about that. Friday pm would be an ideal time to release news the buzz has all weekend to circulate. That creates the largest, quickest gain but also likely to create a big gap to be filled later.
I thought bagholders were those last to the party who bought at .07+ and are currently HOLDING a 50% loss. Not the other way around.
Does anyone know what the deal was this afternoon with the 250k bid at .72 and NO sellers at all. Seemed to stay like that for 15 minutes or more. I was at work and could only listen via AMTD IVR system.

so true. looks like a positive sign that someone dumping 875k at one time doesn't break the support at .025. We ought to be green most of the day tomorrow. maybe even .03 without news. The longer we wait til 8K the more interesting it gets. those on the outside get nervous and start chasing, and flippers keep on feeding them

Sorry, was not pumping FCCN. Dont own it right now. IF this 8K comes out before theirs does I will sell this to get that. I don't know about apples and oranges and all that looks like it did just what i said it would minus that last blip at the end of the day.
I doubt it. With downward pressure. WEAK hands will dump this morning with more potential elsewhere with Fed rate change. Probably hit the magic .025 early maybe green to flat by afternoon. FCCN is undergoing the same churning we are likely to see until the prolific 8-K comes out.
Has anyone considered what might happen if Ford (if they weren't losing billions of dollars a quarter) or GM or Toyota decided to buy AERO for themselves after the merger. Except for Ford I wonder why someone hasn't made an offer before with the quality and benefits of an AERO muffler

Okay i feel stupid but wouldn't that be $20 worth of stock or 20 shares? $203k debt / $10k = 20.3 shares. I must be missing something
Also this would mean that the cancellation would not be 600 million shares but whatever portion was not drawn by GGI and sold into the float.
So if I understand this GGI deal right... they can draw say 49 million shares of FCCN and sell them on open market (4.9% of O/S) which would raise the float by 49 million shares when they were through. And they could do this until the remaining $203k of debt was recovered to them?
That must just be a scottrade deal. AMTD allowed me to buy and sell online just last month. In fact the order I placed today was placed over the phone with their automated voice system.
On the GGI issue. I have read that some believe the 8K announcing the end of GGI selling will move the stock price. But why?? If the shares are tied to a debenture the company really has no gain or loss once the shares are cancelled. No one here will be selling but obviously the nearly 50 million shares during the past few days have come and gone from somewhere. I think outside of a quick momo pop up we are here until the merger is finalized AND some real financial numbers come from AERO. I just don't see a $300 million company here YET. Maybe in 12-18 months but not yet. Do we know what type of manufacturing capacity AERO has? If OEM deals come through to get us to the $300 million arena, can they even support that?

I do see that Midas really doesn't make and sell mufflers anymore. They are trying to sell their old manufacturing plant on the east coast.
please understand that I am not about arguing. But the commissions they get have to be tied to sales or revs or profits. They do make mufflers that they sell to the stores to sell.
Thanks so much, that definately makes a huge difference. Almost like a reverse 3:1 split. So in that light $.30 a share could be very reasonable. I had never really understood the situation with GGI until now either. So the GGI debenture started roughly 9 months ago then.
I don't understand why there is no comparison. Franchise or not, market cap based on sales revs, profits, expenses etc should be equivalent to some degree.
Please help me here. I have owned FCCN in the past and will again later this week. I do not understand where this at least $.10 idea comes from. If you compare AERO to Midas. An established muffler company with a market cap of $282 million as of today. IF AERO has that market cap right now, which seems like a stretch but lets assume that. FCCN has almost 1 billion S/O if I am reading this board correctly. That would mean $.28 a share. But I don't see a market cap of $282 million to start with. If we are lucky they might have a market cap of $100 million. That would put us at $.10 a share on the high end of things.
Looks like we may have bottomed. Nice steady increase in price closing at the high. Shouldn't be any resistance up to .65 or so.
I thought so initially, but the lack of selling at this level made me change my mind so I picked at some at .35. If there was any reason whatsoever for the 80% decline in price I would've waited. I mean this is the same company that Beacon Research put a target of $4.10 on not more than a month ago. ;D LOL
the 10k I bought today was through AMTD. Had to call the broker yesterday to place the original order but changed it thru automated phone service today and have been watching the lack of trading via AMTD phone system during the day.
