BOARD: The topic here is FCCN. It is not other posters and/or their motivations for posting here. It is not this message board.
If you have any questions regarding the recent deletions or this post, please respond to me privately.
I have just reviewed the last 100 messages on this board and removed approximately 40% of them for terms of use violations, mainly personal attacks.
Continued posting of these types of violations will result in bannings and suspensions.
If you would like to discuss this post or any of the deletions, please send me a private message.
3 more bans, anyone else interested?
BOARD: There have been a quite a few posts removed since this morning for terms of use violations, mostly personal attacks and/or being off topic. Bans and suspensions have already been handed out here today.
The topic here is GBDX not other posters and/or their motivations for buying, selling or posting here. Additionally, other people's posts do not give you the right to violate the terms of use. You are held accountable for your actions.
If you disagree with a post, then you need to debate the information contained in the post, not attack the poster.
If you have any questions about this post or want any deletions reviewed, please let me know through a private message.
BOARD: There have been a significant amount of posts deleted in the last 24 hours for terms of use violations, primarily personal attacks and/or being off topic.

If you have something to say about ETIM, please post it here. If you would like to discuss other posters, don't.

That was hilarious!
Oh, quit your whining, I replied! :)
Which one?
:) Thanks, ddf! Enjoy your day!
Good morning, all! For the first time since I started, my mailbox has a "0" next to it! Hooray!
I hope you all have a great week!
Hmmmmm, apparently I left out the most important part.
If your post is about SLJB, please feel free to post it here. If it is about yourself or other posters, there is no reason for it to be posted here.
If it is about mods or Ihub admin, you need to hit the "Private Reply" button you see right above this post to discuss it with me privately.
This message board and it's current, past or future posters is NOT the topic of this board.
BOARD: Over 50% of the posts since 8:00pm last night have been removed for terms of use violations, many for personal attacks and the majority for being off topic.
Just to be sure we are all on the same page what these two terms mean, below is a quick overview:
Off Topic:
All off topic posts are a terms of use violation. Placing an "OT" in front of these posts does not negate that policy. However, occasional off topic posts and discussions are not removed when they are positive and not inflammatory. The problem is that once this dialogue starts, it often snowballs and then there is a rash of "ot" posts. At this time, often moderators or admin will remove the entire exchange.
Off topic posts that should always be removed include posts about other posters, moderators, deletions, bannings, etc. These issues should be discussed with Matt or myself.
Personal Attack
This is definition in the terms of use (detailed version):
Posting harassing or otherwise objectionable content on another poster; Calling another poster names or being vulgar; Not staying on topic with the current investment discussion, but instead focusing on an individual poster;
This means that if a personal attack is thrown in (no matter how on topic, pertinent, vital, etc. the rest of the information in the post), the post is deleted. Period.
What this does not mean is that public figures and entities(i.e. CEO's, CFO's, Officers, the Company) are exempt from discussion. The terms of use cover posters on our site.
Any questions please send me a private message.
The mod is correct in saying that a general discussion of bashers, pumpers, etc. is considered off topic. The company is the topic of the board, not other posters. Therefore, posting information about groups of users and their motivations for posting on the board deviates from this topic.
The mod was also correct that when a person uses the terms "basher" or "pumper", whether it is about one person or a general statement referring to "bashers" and "pumpers", it is considered a personal attack. This is in essence "calling another poster names".
The other two posts that you are inquiring about are opinions about market traits or conditions, specific to pink sheet stocks, that may be indicators of the performance of the company's stock price. Therefore, relevant to the topic of the board.
It may seem that there is a fine distinction betweens these two ideas but it is one that is important to discern.
If the first premise is not adhered to, then the board easily becomes focused on "the message board" instead of the company. It becomes increasingly difficult to find any relevant information about the company as posters discuss each other and the moderators.
The second point is a very important part of Ihub's culture. There are many experienced traders and investors here that are willing to share their experiences and their investing style with others. There are also users who are familiar with different aspects of the company and/or industry that post their findings. This is designed to help everyone have access to more varied information in order to make better investment/trade decisions.
It is then up to each individual poster to decide how they feel about the information posted. You may agree with some and you may disagree with some. You may think some of it is ridiculous and/or flat out wrong. That is your right. But, the terms of use specifies that your posts need to be about the information that you disagree with and not the other poster.
Apparently an advisory similar to one from earlier today bears repeating:
A significant number of posts which were in violation of the iHub Terms of Use have been removed from this board today.
If you have something to post about GlobeTel and it conforms to iHub's Terms of Use, please fee free to post it here.
On the other hand, if you have something to post that is not about GTEM and/or contains content that does not comply with the iHub Terms of Use, don't post it. In other words, if it is about other boards, other users, moderators, deletions, pumpers, dumpers, spammers, scammers, etc., it does not belong here.
And, don't hit "reply" to this message since odds are it will be an off topic post and will be deleted. Any questions, please send me a private message.
Cosbo, I have no idea but rumor has it that this is the resident stock guru - try asking him:

Other "ot" posts that are usually removed are about other stocks. If anyone on a stock specific board wants to know what is "running" today, they will be monitoring one of the many boards we have here that are dedicated to this very subject.
Any questions please send me a private message.
There is an incredible amount of off-topic posting here. A significant number of posts which were in violation of the iHub Terms of Use have been removed from this board today.
If you have something to post about PLNI and it conforms to iHub's Terms of Use, please feel free to post it here.
On the other hand, if you have something to post that is not about PLNI and/or contains content that does not comply with the iHub Terms of Use, don't post it. In other words, if it is about other users or contains a personal attack, it does not belong here.
If you have not read the terms of use lately, please review them here. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/complex_terms.asp
Please do not reply to this post as that will be considered an off topic post and will be deleted. If you have any questions about the deletions, please send me a private message.

This board is for discussing Xtreme Motorsports, not other posters and their motivations (i.e. basher, pumper, flipper).

Oops, maybe I should leave banning and unbanning to Matt and Dave at this point? :)
Wellll, I haven't really had any training on this but I think I have it figured out. I'll give it a try.
LOL! That would be fun!
Two places I try to avoid around here - the fridge and The Jailhouse - they both give me the creepy-crawlies. :)
If anyone has any questions regarding deletions, please contact me through a private message.
For those of you unaware, because I am an admin, all posters have the ability to send private messages to me. You simply click on my name and then click on "send private message".
The posts last night were deleted for being off topic. As I'm sure you are all aware, the topic here is One Voice Technologies, not theology.
As with many "off topic" discussions (especially concerning politics and religion), they quickly take on a life of their own and continue to snowball. This was the case here and, subsequently, all posts were removed.
If you have any questions about this (or any other matter), please send me a private message.

so, how bad is the Ihub refrigerator? have you checked it yet?
Exactly what you would expect...lots of condiments and moldy chinese take out.
"Let Matt start a two-prong contest, followed by a board survey to select winners in each."
Not sure it works like that around here...yet. :)
But, that sounds like a good idea. We'll see what he says.
Oh, now I see what you were saying. Well, according to what Wikipedia says, looks like a good year to be born!
I'm going to have to brush up on my Chinese Zodiac because I thought everyone had the same "year" at the same time? For example, I thought 2007 was the Year of the Pig?
Hmmm...I guess I do like monkeys, just never realized it before.
Monkey (zodiac)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In some parts of China, the Monkey (申) is worshipped as the "Great Sage Equal to Heaven." Monkeys are also associated with happiness, wealth, and success.
If it were to change, I think that one is very cute. I also liked the black and white one Tina posted.
Thank you very much!
Interesting alias by the way. :)
Thanks for the welcome! I've seen Paulie's artwork and I do think it's masterful. And, I think Matt makes a fine model for these creations. :)
And, no, not a golfer. Which is probably a good thing at this point, I don't know where I would find the time for a few hours on the course with this job!
Thank you! And, while I'd like to be helpful...no way! :)
