SEC Obtains Judgments and $12.9 Million in Monetary Relief Against Three Defendants Involved in 23 Corporate Hijackings

On August 2, 2012, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York entered judgments against Irwin Boock, Jason C. Wong and Stanton B.J. DeFreitas for their involvement in hijacking 23 defunct or inactive publicly-traded companies and subsequently making unregistered offers and sales of billions of shares.

Just thought I'd take a peek- looks like same crap different day. Too bad seemed like they had something going too bad we had apparent idiots at the helm, Don't they learn or has all the common sense been used up, wait we voted Obama in, no common sense- proved my own point, -IMO

Yeah let's all hold hands and sing "Kum Ba Yah". You can be cavalier and say sit back wait and hope, guess your hoping to unload some shares but this ship is sinking fast and idiots at the company are doing a great job helping her "must of opened the portholes"- IMO

Yeah I'm a little torqued. This could've had some potential except for some idiots stuffing their pockets, or at least appearing that way-IMO

My feelings would not be hurt if this moved back to where it was prior to O/S increase. The best thing the (expletive) people running this co. could do is take 50k or 100k and buy back some shares if they wanted to restore some faith- heck didn't they just sell oil for record amount and what about the property they sold. If they can't raise 100k to buy some shares back and restore some faith then there is not much chance they will ever do the right thing for the S/H's

Valid point- even with higher oil prices this thing keeps sinking I see we are off a ton today. Suprised anyone cares anymore. The writing is on the wall folks. This pig will never fly again- If there was any hope than their big campaign to help shareholders with increased publicity should of done something, I am not even convinced that this thing is even legit. You can call a pig whatever you want but it is still a pig. You can keep dreaming here or face reality this issue appears dead! They've had too long to right the ship and nothing they are doing is working.that ain't normal there is way too many issues here. IMHO

True oil went up but ALRY has been diving long before the spike in oil so doesn't seem like a valid argument. I don't bother to hardly look at the stock price anymore 'cause I feel like a bagger at this point but I have seen 2 PR's and the price continues to fall? Looks like an new low- any ideas when this crap is going to level off and maybe climb- I don't own tons of shares but who enjoys losing money and I'm burned so bad now I don't care too much anymore but It would be nice to see some hope. Geez how bad can this stock be they're pumping and selling oil- I hope??

I don't believe ALRY has much to worry about as far as softening demand for oil. This is a best case scenario-high demand on a limited product. Short of a break-through in cold fusion this is a good place to be - OIL. Markets in China and India are not going to slow their consumption and world wide tensions are unlikely to diminish so domestic oil production is where it's at-IMHO

Idiots- OSC should be postponed-OMG I think a 5 year old could do a better job. Pure farce, guess I'll be back here in September.

down 25% on under 40K volume- how can that be? Does that mean zero buy pressure-seems like now would be the time to load when some people are not confident.

I have held mine through all this- hopefully it will pay-off I still think they have a good products that are helpful to people and they appear to be upright as they actually had an attorney show for the hearings unlike others. Go PMCL longs nice up on low volume.-IMO

There does seem to be a lot of potential and despite all my whining and complaining I too am very hopeful. I mean gosh, it's not like there's no demand for their product. I just thought this shoulda been a no brainer. Unfortunately the price here has not kept up with the reality of what is going on with oil prices which is completely confounding.-imo

Amen brother that's why I keep losing my hair on this thing. I says to myself what the heck is going on this shoulda been an easy double. My 6 year old could figure that out- but no we keep drifting lower. I'm afraid oil prices will drop and this thing will go way down-LOL actually if oil went down this may go up? It does the opposite of what it should be doing

I don't doubt that- the PPS is not moving in an intuitive direction based on increased oil/gas prices and the increases in prodcution. When we were at .12 it appeared that there was a lot less going on positively. Now we are at .04 and based on improvments and increase in revenue good things should be happening here. In fact I would think that they should be screaming out the door.-not so?

We are still pumping oil right? Any thoughts as to what it's going to take to wake this up?

I agree somwhow that is not translating to a higher PPS. Oil was at a new high today and we are lower last time I checked.

If there are no new shares and all things remaining constant we should be climbing- still there is downward pressure on this.

I would like to think so but what's your evidence? I have no positive feelings for this stock as since I purchased it oil has nearly doubled and this has dumped 75% of value. While I don't own a lot it still steams me.

I believe that certainly possible here-nothing else seems to fit. We need the company to do a better job combating that then- BTW is oil up again and we are down- makes you wonder

I think I will just be silent now and pick-up a share or two here and there if it drops and hope for the best. I'm not real confident that ranting will bring any change, but at least I feel better venting and hopefully in the not too distant future we will see some good here I would like to think that with sky rocketing oil this had better move up or we got some real problems with this issue. Here's to ALRY longs- let's gush some cash! IMO

Why can't this stupid stock rise as quickly as the gas prices at my local 7-11? 64K question?

I would feel that one of life's biggest mystery would be solved.

Fingers crossed- I could be wrong here, but the failures are so blatant and obvious that anyone here would likely perform better. It is to the point that there is little wonder it's intentional versus inept. IMO
