Thanks RA.......you're right, really not much happening with Dauphin anymore.
Whats really sad RA are the lies that this issue comes with. I can certainly and without a doubt tell you that a lot of them started at the top. I was told things face to face that never happened........not for trading purposes but more or less because I took an active roll thinking it was all positive.
The biggest lie to me directly was TETRA. AK told me and few others, several times, that they would get a BIG piece of TETRA.....he kept that going for almost a year :(
If I wasn't so sick of that issue I would try to go after him somehow...and Matt Mushlin, now there, IMO is a questionable individual.
My procedure went well......it was a partial removal of the tail of my Pancreas where there was a "spot". It ended up being non-cancerous but two days after surgery is when all hell broke loose. They also removed my spleen.
They determined my Pancreas was leaking from where they stapled it and put me NPO (nothing by mouth) This was to avoid putting anything down my throat that would stimulate my organs (mainl Pancreas). I was NPO for 6 weeks.....afetr a week or so I was put on TPN in which I could go home but would have to learn how to hitch myself up to a pump everynight to feed me through a PICC line in my left arm.
They also found that I developed an abcess behind where the cut out my spleen. It was about the size of my fist and they stuck this drain tube up thru the left side of my back so it could drain........this stayed in for 6 weeks also :(
I went home after 11 days but was onlt there for 4 when I developed infection in the abcess :( back in for 9 days :(
After blood cultires they figured out which bacteria it was and put me on anti-biotics....I went back home.
Was home for about two weeks and one night I broke out with a high temp 103.8 and had to be taken to the emergency room for another 3 day stage........they found that fluid found its way thru my diaphragm and around my left lung (pleural effusion) and diaphragmatic problems :(
The pain was freakin incredible RA........it dropped me to my knees many times.
I was put back on anti's one more time and I've currently been off from them for just over a week......my legs and fingers and toes are crossed.
I've lost close to thirty pounds........15 more than what I really needed......I struggle to eat cause the stomach needs to be "retrained".
Hopefully in about 2-3 weeks I'll be fully healed....this was pure hell......I've never been sick nor did I have syptoms of anykind before I went in.
Although I elected to have this spot removed and am ecstatic its not cancerous.........I'm certainly paying the price for that knowledge.
I'll be fine....in the long run ;)
