lol at this stock. Still dropping. Something tells me I'm going to be bashing this stock under a new stock ticker symbol in less then a years time.
ANH Key Statistics 2:
Price To Earnings Ratio Trailing 12 Months: 6.080
Industry Average of P/E Trailing 12 Months: 52.25
Market Share Value / Earnings Per Share = P/E Ratio
$6.99 / $1.16 = $6.02
General sentiment through the P/E statistic shows the average trader will pay roughly $6 per $1 Earnings versus the average for the REIT field of $52.25 per $1 of earnings, which is a significantly reduced price.
Price To Sales Ratio Trailing 12 Months: 3.10
Industry Average of P/S Trail 12 Months: 5.48
Share Price / Revenue Per Share = P/E Ratio
$6.99 / $1.389 = $5.03
This basically shows a "Par" average across the board when compared to other companies within the REIT industry, it does not outshine any other company nor does it let you down compared to other companies, average is solid in my opinion here.
Price To Book Ratio 4th Quarter 2010: 0.94
Industry Average P/B 4th Quartr 2010: 2.54
Share Price / (Total Assets - Intangible assets and liabilities)
I didn't have time to find all the stuff required to get the above formula instead I just trusted what my broker reported as the appropriate number being 0.94 which shows a definitive undervaluing of the company under $7 per share.

If I compile a new sheet of information I will surely post it, this is what i have currently on ANH and the main reasons why I have decided to use them.
I should also point out that my long term outlook on the REIT field is bleak, I expect interest rates to increase later this year which would adversely effect the revenue of ANH and any REIT for that matter for future earnings which would lower the price per share and dividend yield. I am basically watching the mortgage interest rates waiting for a hike in rates and responding as quickly as possible by withdrawing the money I have in the industry. The overall goal is to increase the little money I have left with strong dividend yields in a safer environment then the average stock trading investment.
Hey Munz . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Not to bash on you personally or anything but I really must point out that you have just summed up everything that is wrong with your trading style in one single sentence and I really feel like its my duty to point it out to you for your own good.... Read what you just wrote :
"everbody thought it was going to go up today"
Please don't ever trade something just because its popular opinion. With wamuq specifically I have been trading it for months now and Ive learned to buy low and short high at specific intervals. When it goes above the .2 range people start screaming to buy, not because its what is good for you as an individual trader but instead its what will allow them to unload what they (and myself for that matter) bought under .12
So I actually enjoy coming here, I browse a lot of forums on Ihub daily while at work and I just wanted to point this out to you in a non offensive manner.
Oh and Screw HCEI.
**Edit**
Also I just wanted to update that I re-upped my broker account this past week with an additional 1000 to cover some of what I lost with HCEI. Ive decided to play it easy for awhile with a little bit safer investing techniques, I moved into the REIT Dividend field last week, my ultimate decision was with ANH, it was a tough choice between ANH and NLY but ultimately I went with ANH for a few reasons which I wont go into. I'm expecting the Ex dividend date to be announced mid April and will get a decent 16% dividend which is of course divided by quarters so I'm expecting my 1k investment to return about $40 in a months time then either sell it at a price to cover the trade fees or wait out another 3 months for the next quarterly dividend to pay out 4% of the 1040$.... which would be 41.6$
Not much money compared to some of you I Know but I just got raped by hcei so i don't have much left.
Ive actually been vested in wamuq for like half a year now. Been jumping in and out in between various trades, nothing major mind you but I have mitigated some losses with hcei on trades with wamuq.
My overall feeling of wamuq is buy below .14 and sell at double to triple the price within a few months. It seems to swing wildly and very suddenly so its a stock you really have to watch every day and if there's significant activity you really want to watch it like a hawk on those days to prevent not jumping in early or jumping out to late.
Started a new small position here. Ive never invested in a dividend stock before so this really is a test so I see how the whole thing works in action as opposed to on paper. Will stay long until at least the next dividend date.

Id like to be critical of wealth university about this one but in all honesty Chartinator is a major contributor to why I had that money in the first place and as weird as it sounds even though I lost a crap ton on this one its my own fault for putting a majority of my eggs into this one basket, you will likely see me back on wealth university in a month or two when I have collected some money again so I can start investing again. I enrolled in wealth university a very long time ago with no more then 500$ in my share builder account that I had no clue was just an awful broker, chartinator steered me to td ameritrade and on his advice I made 500$ into 20k in like 2 years. So no I cant say that I have any hard feelings towards Wealth university on this one, I love that board personally.
BUY @ YOUR OWN RISK
Seriously, The amount of money I have lost on this stock is astronomical, I invested a sizable amount of money into this company (10k) when it was in the .70's and I watched it plummet over a few months times, adding to my position to average down the cost, I have thrown an additional 10k at it in the effort to reduce the price point I bought it at with tiered purchasing at various amounts on its downwards spiral to where it is right now, it is absurd how this has continuously dropped like a rock and will continue to do so with no stop in sight. I wish with all of my heart that I listened to some people around here who I originally called bashers, I wish that i did not delete a majority of posts that I deleted in an effort to keep things clean around here. My purchasing power has diminished by a large percentage and this will take me a very long time to lick my wounds and feel comfortable investing in ANY stock company.
I have been coming back here without logging in pretty frequently, I still hold a large position (20k WAS large to me) and unfortunately I do not think i will ever get to unload it, the value of my shares is not even close to the amount of money I put into it and every day it gets smaller and smaller.
If you intend to purchase this stock I urge you greatly to look further into it and hold off a few days and rethink your position on this stock, I can not possibly be more sincere in this statement.
In closing, Screw you HCEI, screw you with a very large pole, you have made me feel and look very stupid with defending your position as a company and for that I will do everything in my power to drown you with my bare hands; I will continue to come back here every now and then however I am done moderating anything around here as some may have noticed for a couple months now and I hope that this board fills with bashers multiplied by infinity drowning out any hope that this company will ever get another dollar of any other human being in this world through the advice of anyone on this board.
Position Open for take over : Moderator of the worlds biggest Scam stock, its all yours whoever wants it.
Lost 66% of my money so far on this, cant say I'm happy about that.
Good luck to all still staying in it, I'm sick of clenching to the hope this will turn around. Tried to be fair moderating around here but as time went on I cared less and less what people where bashing on because well honestly as time goes on it seems less like bashing and more like warnings.
lol, well good luck with whatever you choose in the end!
I Averaged down yesterday with the remainder of my free money, I'm locked up until after Christmas now but Ill consider before the new year of re-upping again.
Good Luck Bud wherever you end up!
I have to agree with you here Lock, its grind time basically and if your looking to keep your investment you gotta grind out the emotional walk down.
Averaged my price down 10 cents today, not that I would want the price to go down but in the long run I'm very happy with today's action and this is also the second week straight of increased volume activity, its definitely consistent at this point.
That was a good read, had a few links that where questionable within it, namely everything that is really bad about HCEI.... I mean HCFI.... Is just linked to some forum with some post made from some random guy about what we are already hearing from a few people lately here. The only actual fact within that article was a link to a news report from Market Wire. Other then that i did enjoy the read and I do enjoy the alternate point of view, unfortunately Its been crammed down my throat about a dozen times so far in the past week by a few people so its really nothing I haven't heard already. However its a new article link I haven't read before so thanks for the link and Good find sir.
People shorting it like crazy lately, luckily they have to buy it back up in not to long of a time frame. Which is why you see the sudden blitz on people bashing the crap out of it. Its not hard to see whats going on if you slow your roll and pay attention. Personally I will stay long and strong on this one, even if this dropped to half its current price it would not shake me out.
Link please?
New shorts are in, you can even check the HCEI board they are not shy about what there doing.
I must agree on this, surprising as that is. I double checked everything you guys have presented so far and sure enough its all seemingly true, cant be argued. Hopefully however since I will extend this courtesy and concede that your right you wont sit here and cram the past down every ones throat every single time someone posts anything here. Good DD, Ill stay long personally for the time being because I do not expect a reverse split anytime in the near term, maybe as every single time they have done its its been mid year I feel a bit safe in holding this for the time being.
Its a request not a demand
Honestly HCFE is the only thing anyone will ever have anything to say bad about this company which I am doing as much research as I possibly can into it to determine for myself exactly what happened, not having much luck with getting information on it though and if you have an ACTUAL FACT i would love to hear it as opposed to just rantings about scams without anything besides a sob story on how much money you lost (I will even sticky the information found if it seems viable to the current HCEI situation). I have not in anyway disputed the claims on HCFE and I will not until I have a clear picture of exactly what happened. If you or a few of your friends want to continue to talk about HCFE then please just send me a list of discussion points so I can compile everything into a single sticky made just for you guys so that every new post you or your friends make have absolutely nothing to do with HCFE again and then all your post's will have relevant information and will stay on topic of HCEI as they should.
under the Terms Of Use repeating statements within a 24 hour time frame can and WILL be removed, so sure you can have your once a day argument on HCFE and attempt to derail any conversation always curtailing on that one single issue but I will be removing everything on top of that single post involving HCFE that does not add anything new to the conversation, which since that stock ticker is long gone I'm sure nothing "New" will ever come out. Likewise for statements involving how much of a "Scam" this is or how much money you lost to HCFE will all only be tolerated Once per 24 Hours.
According to the TOU even a topic that is 99% useful information and 1% a violation of the TOU, it is still a post that is subject to deletion
Looking forward to this review, I have every intention to purchase a bag after Christmas as well for my own review of the product.

You continue to amuse me with your nonsense, you guys just continue to multiply in order to help each other talk, how many people is your group? One Person on all these log in's? Two maybe... I am starting to see the futility in this, been down this road before, need a moderator on this forum with a ban stick before a hundred of you guys pop up....
Of course none of you can actually show a single piece of fact, not a single shred of evidence is ever on your side.... your word is worth nothing so your little stories of how you lost money just do not pan out.
Ive talked to the company myself.
Seriously you base your assumption on the company on if you can contact the CEO or not..... If your looking to talk to Ricky then do me one favor, 411 Macintosh and ask to speak to Jobs.... Because seriously that company must be fake, I haven't been able to reach him like ever and I would definitely like to give him a piece of my mind about a few things, quite frankly I agree with your logic though; there certainly can not be any legit business in the USA because I cant seem to contact any CEO's..... bunch of pump and dumpers they all are not returning my personal phone calls or emails, I mean seriously don't they know who I am.... I'm a somebody... I invest in penny stocks......
bestdamnpennystock.com....... Enough said am I right?
Yes most definitely the stock market was created just for people like you to buy stocks valued at less then a stick of bubble gum with dreams that one day it would blossom into there fortune.
You get what you pay for and it certainly does not shock me one bit that your a little sour puss over your experience with the sub penny market, I was like that myself once and will likely never go into that type of extreme risk again, the difference of course between us is learning your lesson and MOVING ON
ya your right, honestly sometimes I just get a bit to involved
no idea what your talking about. You made an account here August 5th and right away started whacking this board about how much of a scam this is:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=40241955
When you look at the chart it is EXTREMELY OBVIOUS you should not have bought any shares at those prices, where was the research that justified any prices even remotely close to the value the stock had back in the entirety of 2008. Your "SCAM" is just an ill advised move.
Now even if you happened to wait until 2009 to buy the stock @ 1.00 like the prices where around when you opened an account here and started posting then I am not sure why your still saying this is a scam, the value of the stock is currently what 77% of what you bought it at? Sky Falling Much? Is there a wolf attacking the village somewhere around you? this morning it jumped to .91 cents, significantly closer to your buying point which if you held your shares you would have nothing to cry about.
If your looking for short term plays, for a month or less then why are you not shorting instead of going long?
Point being you must have sold out your position which makes me wonder Why Are You Here Now Other Then To Take Out Previous Anger Of Your Own Bad Decisions?
why wouldn't they let you, its your money to lose.
Either way I'm still above my price point and even if it happened to go below Id happily average down, the past week has been a repeating pattern, new shorty comes in and bashes as much as they can after putting in a short order, the stock tanks a few cents for the first half of the day then bounces back up under buying pressure, its done it 3 out of 5 past days. Buying pressure is here whether shorty wants it or not, we moved above the 50 day average volume by leaps and bounds and have held steady at that new volume point, 10k days and under are gone.
Ive talked to this company personally, they are legit, you shorty need to realize this, if they where not legit I would short them too, I cant blame you for your specific strategy; however I can laugh at you considering the research Ive done I feel like I'm just watching you follow the next guy right off that cliff.... good luck with that strategy and maybe you can evolve to think for yourself sometime, who knows maybe it will help?
how many shares are YOU short so far? Do me a favor and bring it back to the 60's so I can average down a bit before Christmas, I'm looking to have a happy holiday with a few nice presents and nothing would make me happier then to get this at even cheaper prices.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=44608370
Your like a broken record, shorty cries for more money and all I hear is BLAHBLAHBLAHTHISSTOCKSUCKSBLAHBLAHBLAH
Ive seen enough of you to know what your preying on those who do not know better then not to listen to you. Ignore button anywhere?
every time someone strolls along and cries about how horrible this is someone seems to coincidentally sell tons of shares.
Good luck with that, I bought some of them up
I bought @ .73 last week and I've got a nice grin on my face already, this puppy is going to be growing up quickly.
Horrible analogy, lol
Keep Pounding that Fist Chart!
not even sure what that means, but it must be good!
