Are you still hoping to see Mexus take off like the flight of the Phoenix ? Remember, that’s
the one that crashed and killed Paul Mantz, Amelia Earhart's technical advisor.
You still have one of the original Mexus rope-a-dope ropes ?
It's ok, really. Those familiar with MEXUS are quite accustomed to an extraordinary amount of exaggeration.
Tape painting is, by definition, an artificial value. Therefore is today the day that tape painting falters and MXSG finds its' true level...... and eventually, trips ?
Golly, that means Mexus will have to become self funded or rely on private placements. I think that well went dry a while back. Time for Thompson to fall back on a penny stock promotion publication. He hasn’t tried that hustle yet.
Prophetic words from an expert hobby miner who has spent over 33.5 million dollars to produce virtually nothing...over a period of a decade.
"This was the right time to do a reverse split. The company has had to use convertible loans and share offerings to keep the business moving forward. I believe that the need for future loans and the risk of additional dilution is now ended given our recent discoveries. I also believe that the combination of less shares in the market along with our recent findings will allow the stock to move to a much higher level which will be a true representation of the company’s value."
Paul Thompson, Chief Executive Officer, Mexus Gold US
Hit a low of .023 in yesterday's trading. Certainly is displaying a true representation of the company's value.
Just one analyst's recommendation Nov. 1, 2020
Strong Sell
MEXUS GOLD US is way too risky over the next year
MEXUS GOLD US has some characteristics of a very speculative penny stock
MEXUS GOLD US appears to be risky and price may revert if volatility continues
MEXUS GOLD US has a very high chance of going through financial distress in the upcoming years
MEXUS GOLD US has high financial leverage indicating that it may have difficulties to generate enough cash to satisfy its financial obligations
Net Loss for the year was (2.9 M) with profit before overhead, payroll, taxes, and interest of 104.18 K.
MEXUS GOLD US currently holds about 13.02 K in cash with (942.28 K) of positive cash flow from operations.
Is typing in caps supposed to add extra emphasis to texts and make them credible ? If so, maybe Mexus should type all of their PR's in caps, bold italic, underlined and in color.
Yup, there it is in all its' hyperbolic glory, right on time. "It is expected", a well worn harbinger phrase overused by PT or whoever writes the word salad emanating from Mexus. It is amazing that there are still people who fall for this effluent. Almost ready to take off...any day now.
About to take off like Amelia Earhart. Mexus has been “about to take off” for a decade. How is that dividend program working out ? Clipping coupons are ya ? Paul Thompson is pleased to announce that the systematic shearing of investors has worked spectacularly well.
Oh man, not another superlative BS PR. “The Mexus CEO is pleased to announce”. How many times must people suffer through the verbal garbage? Meaningless hyperbole serves no purpose unless someone is paying the author by the word.
I never considered Mexus to be a ship. I have always thought in terms of the Little Engine That Couldn’t or as an airship like the Hindenburg or as a car, like the ill fated Edsel. Or in animal form maybe
like the extinct passenger pigeon or possibly a lemming determined to cast itself into the sea.... but certainly never a ship about to launch successfully. That takes some imagination.
Thompson is always "pleased" to announce future "blue sky events". When the subsequent events occur, not so much !
You got to know when to hold up
Know when to fold up
Know when to walk away
Know when to run
Mexus is always "pleased" to announce future blue sky developments. But with the subsequent results....not so much.
Faster horses, younger women, older whisky, more money !
Gold will rise or fall. Taxes and death are inevitable as is the demise of Mexus. We hold these truths to be self evident !
It's always fascinating reading....those 10Q's and 10K's. I've always wondered where the 33+ million dollars went and, although there are hidden clues in these documents, clarity is not always found.
In the latest 10Q, one segment in particular caught my eye under the COMPENSATION title. It appears that the Board of Directors (aka PT) has awarded the CEO (aka PT) an extra 1 million shares per quarter. I find this particularly generous (one might say overly generous) in that Thompson is the sole architect of the squandering of 33+ million dollars which is a lot of sheckels, drachma, rubles, pesos, dinars, euros, lira, Renminbi, yen, francs, pounds etc., etc. As sole architect, he is responsible for the state in which MXSG finds itself.
Personally, I think Thompson's compensation should be a tenth of what it is currently. Better yet, get rid of him altogether. The hobby has become nothing more than a self enriching retirement vehicle.
Hmmm, I wonder what it is that Thompson rents to MEXUS ? Storage space in the junk yard behind Thompson's house in Walnut Grove ?
Buying MXSG in small increments ...... are you sure you don’t wast to ask Deb for certs ? I understand they’re going at a steep discount.
Your hands suffering deep gashes from grabbing those falling knives ?
Everything Mexus submits in the form of a PR is obviously written by a card carrying member of MENSA and ordinary folk ( like you and me) just don't understand. Maybe if we are able to gain the interpretive services of another genius, we will comprehend.
Yeah, you know, like the assertions of a "rigged election". Totally without merit. I didn't think elaboration was necessary but I see I was mistaken. Kind of self explanatory.
I have great sympathy for those who have fallen victim to misfortune through no fault of their own, therefor schadenfreude is totally uncalled for. I believe that is what's known as ohne verdienst anklagend. Those who choose to indulge in self flagellation receive no consideration from me.
Did I read somewhere that good ole PT was going back to Ures and do another VAT experiment ? The last one didn't work out too well as I recall. The gunk has been in the process of "drying" for what... over a year and a half ? Longer ?
A stretch of one's imagination...........
I have often wondered what would compel someone to invest in MXSG, given its’ track record. I understand people unwilling to accept a massive loss. However misguided it is, they believe that by averaging down they will come out ahead when MEXUS spikes again. This may or may not happen which makes it gambling. It’s more fun going to the race track and watch beautiful horses run. Hanging on in case a miracle occurs is more understandable than a person who views MXSG as a genuine investment and
keeps throwing money at it. Those people, in my opinion, have an obsessive compulsive disorder. There is no other explanation for it. 10 years of dismal efforts have yielded virtually nothing. Zero ROI. Such is life in penny land where dreams evaporate with each 10Q and 10k. 33 million $ and counting.
Quite extraordinary.
Mexus just a hare's breath away (or hair's breathe in juice language) from going trips. It is "imminent" using a term employed by MXSG in several PR's in the past. If not today, soon.....very soon.
I remember some wag on the board who was thrilled about the prospect of MXSG reaching the trips. He said he was going to buy a ton and a half when this event occurred.
To him and other's with similar aspirations.......GOOD LUCK. Your time is
near.
Is it my imagination or did Mexus just reach a new LOY pre split
? Not very far to trips....pre split
It appears that old PT has the solution for everything except...how to mine gold profitably. Regardless of the chatter of the acolytes, this "venture" is an abject failure at everything except making Thompson richer. It HAS prolonged his "work life" such as it is. It's not everyone who has mined his hobby and made it paid.......for 10 long, expensive years. I'm particularly impressed with his oft expressed "I'm excited" about the latest project. Problem is, his excitation always costs shareholders a bundle with no return seen coming in the immediate/intermediate/long term future but seldom is heard a dissenting voice. "Print up some more certs boys, we may have a new batch of customers brewing what with my last exciting PR."
It's quite amazing !!!
I wonder if the principle clown has revised the all in cost of recovery of an ounce of gold ? What were his last figures ..... $400/oz, less ? I wonder if he understands the principle of 'all in cost" ?
PT's "long term funding plan" has thus far cost the company dearly. As has been pointed out, what need is there for funding if production will be as productive as forecast ?
But where are the clowns ?
There ought to be clowns
Quick, send in the clowns.
Isn't it rich, isn't it queer ? Losing his faculties this late in his career ?
And where are the clowns ?
Quick send in the clowns.
I remember quite well a Mexus pundit who devlared the RS an act of genius. It would, he said,
open the door to the Nasdaq, exponentially increase the pps and attract a plethora of new investors.
Unfortunately like all things related to Mexus this grand plan was destined to fail as is evidenced by
current events.
It’s a bit difficult to understand how shareholders are so light hearted that they are laughing after an expenditure of 33+ million with virtually nothing to show for it. Not only do they disregard the past they also ignore the present. With the declared sales of what, a little over 100 ozs. it must be difficult to maintain a stiff upper lip.
In the face of that you still find people who are watching the erosion of their investment. For some,
a 95% loss must not be all that significant.
Those who have placed their hopes on a penny stock and particularly a one man directed operation have somehow overlooked every red flag and every caveat emptor possible.
But, it’s getting better, lol lol lol. right ? It’s flirting with the low of the year. What’s not to like about this wreck ?-/
?
Deception, deflection, deviousness
The 3 D’s of Mexus
I wonder what happened to the “major” mining interest old Paul was referring to ? They
HAD to be impressed by the richness of Elena and yet they just kinda disappeared.
?
Who’s paying for all this ? That was a rhetorical question, right ?
Who ultimately pays for everything relating to Mexus ? Why it’s
the shareholder of course, you silly !
I see confusion still reigns or as the juice would say, rains. Repeat after me....if I had 1000 shares of MXSG before the split I now have 50 shares. The CEO’s “ compensation should be zero instead of 100,000 shares.. What a bargain, or more gramtically correct.... What, a bargain ?”
I didn't think to ask about his methodology. I know he is well thought of within his profession. He has a physics and engineering background. I also discovered that becoming a certified actuary is no mean feat. Risk analysis and management is just one facet of the job.
He indicated that third party mining engineers should have been brought in to assess the results of what exploration has been done to this point and determine what testing is required in the future. He said that the way things were established it was a license to steal. He said 33+ million dollars was a lot of money in the hands of a neophyte with little/no schooling and no known mining experience.
I didn't want him to expend a vast amount of time since he had spent more than half of his weekend looking into what essentially is a black hole.
The next time I talk to him I'll ask him to elaborate further on his findings.
I have a friend who is an “actuary”. I didn’t even know what an actuary did until recently. So I asked him to assess MXSG when he had some time. He spent last Saturday examining the PRs and “factual” disclosures. His opinion, ‘It’s a cruel joke” !
No doubt there are others who have benefitted from a scam to an even greater extent than PT. But considering the fact that he’s a hobby miner, dirt pusher with absolutely no credentials I think he’s done very well for himself. He’s managed to run this con for a decade persuading the sheep they need fleecing and has so far stayed clear of charges being filed against him. That’s an accomplishment.
He has even persuaded some to pledge undying loyalty and convince them that better days are just around the corner.
Listening to his podcasts, who could Imagine good old PT in his wheezy voice as the ultimate pinky scam salesman ?
PT, prince of a fellow he is, has not sold a share of Mexus this year. Guess he’s limping along on the paltry $15000 per month that he’s paid for his spectacular performance as King of pinky scams.
Can you imagine a Mexus BOD authorizing that salary with the added benefit
of the shares he’s awarded ?
Unprecedented !
Day 3486. I’m really beginning to worry about Mexus.
It's almost as if PT is becoming desperate.Things just aren't panning out as planned. Time to shift emphasis. Let's see. Throw out the word that a "major" may be interested in buying Elena. Talk about various other projects with "phenomenal" prospects....gold, silver, copper and probably some rare earth thrown in. Phenomenal samples taken ...1 gpt to 14 gpt.
PT has indeed given guidance. SOS, different day... wash, rinse, dry, repeat.
How many times will this ploy work ? Forever it seems.
Buying Mexus, the blue chip of the pinkies for 1/3 of a penny....what a bargain. Reminds me of a German youth who wanted to travel to the U.S. Worked two jobs for two years, saving his money. Hocked his possessions and finally had enough to buy his third class ticket on the maiden voyage of .... the Titanic.
You are witnessing more and more disillusioned investors who have lost a lot of shekels based upon misplaced belief. Based solely on common sense, why would a valuable gold operation be selling for a third of a penny after a decade of “effort” ? Why would anyone place their faith in a dirt pusher/ welder whose hobby has been playing weekend miner? Why would anyone believe anything Thompson says ? He has proven to be a liar many times over. Investing discretionary funds in a penny stock is one thing...... losing 200k in a scammy pinky is quite another.
Averaging down is sometimes referred to as attempting to catch a falling knife. Also referred to as the missing digits game.
