I have been trying to dig into this myself but unable to get any solid information. But as we can all hope the next news will be positive...This thing has been going through deals for some time, it's about time for some closures.

I have been researching this company for a month now and I am still puzzled. seems that they are moving in the right direction in terms of restructuring, but how can the pps fall so low with all the pr's being pumped out. I have made the judgement to jump in today finally because I just have a gut feeling, however my gut feeling is also confused....lol

This is a gem, a real find, I think they are going to have a blow out quarter coming up

makesomegravy what some of these folks don't realize is sub pennies are not over night success. There is a certain amount of patience involved. You see something with potential invest and wait it out. THen you have some companies that you can day trade and make a good profit. MHUS is one that you can get in on the ground floor and wait. I have played this very smartly so far and I hope that I am able to make my first million of it. One of my associates is a multi millionaire and his system is proven effective. Subpennies are patience and discipline companies, you have to know when to hold and know when to fold and average up or down. Jeff has been doing things that certainly has alarmed me in a negative manner, however all the right call signs exists. Lets all see where this takes us.

No they did not, I actually had more shares than 200 mill at one point, when the stock went back up to .0003 I unloaded some. The key is wait for the trend and once all the legal documents have been signed and the deals closes, this company will rise to the occasion. 20 grand is nothing to invest if I believe in the company. I have made 150 grand from this stock so far and I think there are more money to be made. Patience is just needed.

Cohibaman I have listened to you and gregs rants for a long time without responding. I usually don't but you mentioned something in your posts that I cant let go. You stated"Don't fall inlove with this stock and become a bag holder" Anyone who holds on to a subpenny stock needs to stop trading and probably apply to work at burger king or other. Subpennies are not get rich schemes, the object is to see something with some potential and try to make a good profit off it. I am assuming that you are probably one of those who bought this when it was trading higher and now you are down a good chunk of change. That's what good DD is for, had you done your research you would have known when it was time to get out and when it is time to get back in. Coompanies trading on pink sheets often reverse split for whatever reason they feel, that is a simple fact. You can NEVER be certain of a pinkie much less one that is trading at this level, they are chances, or as I like sto state, "calculated risks" I have not lost a dime in MHUS so far and I am up a good bit, so I fail to see what your stupid rants are geared towards. You get in low and leave high, the stock is currently trading at .0001 How much lower do you want it to go? It is up to the investor to decide based on what is out there if this is worth the risk or a reverse split is imminent. The stock went up to .0003 a few weeks ago and that was a good time to sell if you bought in low at .0001 like I did. From what I have been seeing based on my research I think this is a good point to enter and a good company to watch. I can provide facts to support my theory but I don't spoon feed people, do your own research, all you seem to do is provide negative rants which as you state is in your own opinion. Let it go Bud!

Stockpert sorry for not responding sooner, just getting cought up on stuff was away on vacation. Apparently there were some legal documents that were not filed which is delaying the transactions, so untill this is resolved, the pr is delayed. Not sure how soon this will take place, I have tried contacting Jeff's office but as you know he is kinda busy at this point so I have not received a response as of yet

Phillip, Don't think that I was calling you a basher, I was mearly stating a point based on what I saw. Your response is extremely appreciated, this is how this board was meant to be, no pumping, no bashing, just well thought out questions like yours. To answer your question about micro cars being similar to what we are seeing now, is that these telecom companies actually included certain partnerships as well. Innitially when the Micro cars thing came out, all MICRO cars would state is that there were talks talking place, nothing really definitive happened. If you call these telecom companies you will see that aggreements were signed and one of the deals was finalized. With this new company that we just signed a letter of intent, the trip was confirmed by the telecom company, and hopefully it also get's finalized. The thing you and others need to look at is that there are deals actually being closed and not just a bunch of intent letters with no outcome. This is the positive, and the best positive is the partnership with a executive that is highly respected and profitable. Again thanks for your respectful and articulate posts. i wish more posts on here would be like this rather than the usual pump rants and bash rants.

Unfortunately you and many others do not know how to read a penny stock. You don't know how to identify certain critical areas within a company. All of the previous pr's that jeff sent out were about establishing a company, now we finally have some acquisitions in place and once the deal closes then we can expect to see a jump. But for the most part you guys hold on to penny stocks hoping for it to go to a buck or so. You have to know when to take your gain and never look back. Sadly, most of you have lost, I have been playing this stock for a good while and I have made 150 grand so far, so i can't see what you all are talking about. You have to jump ship as soon as possible, and do not think that every penny is going to make your rich. With that said please stop the bashing and learn from your errors and figure out exactly how this penny stock system work. Unlike what most people think this is not lotto, this is a strategic means of making profits.

Rookie investor did you not read the letter the company issued to the investor and also the emails response he replied to that was posted on this board???? Due to the developments in Srilanka, the time frame of the visit with micro car has been delayed untill May. Rooki, you obviously have some anger with Jeff and I understand, but why would you care where the company is making strong advancements in if it is turning revenues? Over 2billion trades yesterday, a merger with and established CEO, an acquisition of 2 strong telecom companies and you are still negative????

Bal, well said! What people forget is that mhus is not only defined by micro cars, but other acquisitions as well. While the discussions continue about the micro car business the company is making strong advancements in the telecom area. If we are able to seal the micro car deal then this will make the compnay that much more viable, untill then, the strong movements in the telecom sector especially with this new acquisition should not go overlooked. If a company is making money, who cares if it's with phones or cars????? Revenue is revenue is it not?

Abe get your nose checked out, deals are taking pless from established companies with established revenues. While we do not know the actual debt ratio, we do know the burn rate and I do not think that a reverse split is imminent, I am not saying it is not going to happen but indications do not suggest this

You are so right this has become a joke. Nothing but stupid Unsubstantiated rants about a company that is trying to make progress. You are down that much because you bought in at the wrong time. THAT’S what DD is all about. There use to be some quality posts here but all that’s going on are how crooked the man is. In his last PR he stated he will be making a trip shortly to hopefully close the deal, and also that he is looking to turn some profits within the next six months. As far as I can tell he has neither made that trip yet nor six months has expire…SO WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU ALL BITCHING ABOUT…get a grip because you are not doing yourself any good by preventing potential investors from looking into the company! These things take time, and I would rather a company that works hard to get things done, than one that pumps PR’s out every week about nothing.
