Do they even have the required permits to start construction? I am interested in the company and don't want anyone to think I am bashing it. If, and that's a big if, the company can fulfill the dream after 8 years this would be a great stock.

Question concerning the plant...I seen the ground breaking ceremony...MOU signing etc, etc. I also noticed that the time frame was/is 48 months from agreement date. So, my question is...the agreement date 7 April, date of the ground-breaking or is another datet being used. What is the current status of the plant itself. I looked on line and cannot find anything that provides whether or not a foundation has been poured or whether or not 4 walls have been put up. Any serious replies would be appriecated.

Well, today's PR and 8K was a whole lot of nothing...What's next another PR stating more delays this time with China? Somthing poistive needs to happen and happen very soon.

June 7th was the original deadline for signing the Definitive Merger Agreement. This was accomplished on April 20th.

Midland Baring website is down and has been since I've joined the MB, back in March...Does it really take that long for maintenance or up grades...I could build one in that period and I have no knowledge of how to build a website. So, does the company really exist?

I tried that Midland Baring site a while back and it has been under repair/maintenance/construction for some time. At least a month if not longer.
