Isn't Steve in China?
Here was his statemnet in the last newsletter:
We told you that EDS would bring in a world wide investor awareness campaign and what better way then for ME to travel to the other side of the world and get "exclusive" on the spot AquaGold International Interviews direct from China
Cedric Lewis SEC Legal Counsel?
At the very least he needs a better website.

Doogdilinger there is nothing new.
You sent me
"In response to your question regarding Aquagold International, I will confirm that we do have a relationship with them. Our facility has a capacity in excess of the 5 million cases per year volume required for China.
I trust this answers your query"
5 million cases is 120,000,000 bottles. If they were selling at top capacity what do you think there retail on the bottle is?
Let's say 75 cents to 1$ so 120,000,000 dollars is in the neighborhood of of the 500mil contract we know about. JMO
GL
"ready to fulfill" is not fulfilling orders. we will see a rude awakening this morning. Only news and details will move the stock. No CUSIP change ONLY DETAILED NEWS!!!
JMO
More fluff. Get ready for another shake out in the short term.
Should have waited to buy more.
JMO
15 minutes ? Chinese market down 1.48 %
If we get no news we drop. I just can't see them going to EDSe to state the same fluff. What would be the point? Surely Aqua management must know if the don't come with more substance the stock will not move up.
JMO
You are right. I may have misread your message if that was your point. It will benefit them as well as the high volume of containers they should able to negotiate a good rate. I don't know what they are getting for O/F and linehaul or railrate but in the end it comes down to 7-10 cents a bottle.
GL
Containers don't go back empty from China and even if they did that is never the shipper’s problem. It is up to the steamship company to find return freight. Hardly a problem since China exports more than it imports.
Ocean freight is not based on weight but on the commodity and number of containers you are promising. Weight only plays a role here because the containers would be too heavy if filed completely and thefore you can't maximize the use.
500 ml water weighs about 1.1 lbs. The shipping cost can be negotiated to a point. The overland transportation to Vancouver I would assume may be more expensive than the O/F to port of entry china. I would assume they only truck it to the nearest railhead.
In my opinion we go up when future investors get documented facts and buyers come in. Any more controlled information realease and we will see more days of "buying opportunities"
GLTA
Yes they can do this.
Let me get away from the containers. I just wanted to calculate how much they approx. make per shipment if I had a rough idea what they were selling Aquagold for in China.
Given the magnitude of the operation I still think they could have done a better job displaying it. It looks like a shipment for a 7/111 not for billions of chinese. I was also expecting a little more from the interview. I just don't see this punching us through to where we want to be in the short term. It will require more patience which will has us flip flopping again until we get to see or hear something more material.
So let the stock make us lots of money. Meanwhile I have to see if I can get the shipping contract. That is a lot of containers.
GLTA
It is not about the 9 containers
It is about how many bottles that would mean. I was trying to find out what a bottle of water costs to get some kind of an idea what they ment by 25% mark up. 25% on a 60 cent product or how much less or more could it be sold for tho the chinese?
25% doesn't mean much unless you know how much 100 % is.
9 containers a day is not small potatoes.
At 9 containers a day(if they are working 7 days a week) would mean 450 000 bottles of Aqua a day being filled? That is not small potatoes.
That would mean we are already selling about 16,000,000 a month.I hope so but i somehow doubt it. If we are we should at least have gotten a better PR now. Fluff drives down the price and I would kinda like to leave the 0.09 behind us.
This maybe in our future but I highly doubt we are selling in those quanteties at this point.
I would still like to find out what the chinese pay for 500ml bottled water. Anyone know somebody in our embassy in china? We could call someone in the commercial attache's department. I doubt they drink the toxic tap water.
GLTA and just my opion
Does anyone know what a bottle of water goes for in china?
Below is the best I found on the web is Hong Kong and that is no cheap place.
What is the price now of 1 liter bottled water from 7-11 store? In HK.
What is the price now of a Big Mac? In HK.
Can someone provide me with information on where to get prices of Big Mac worldwide?
Answer:
There is no 1 litre of bottle water in HK. There are 500ml, 750ml, 1.5 litres & 2.5litres.
For 1.5 litres which costs around HKD10 - 12 per bottle. It depends on the brand.
For the Big Mac, I forgot the exactly cost, I think it around HKD11.00 per each
http://community.travelchinaguide.com/forum2.asp?i=8803
10HK is about a $ 1.28
If we are doing $100,000,000 in buisness per year I woud like to find out how many bottles that requires?
I f we are sellin them at 60cents and you can get about 50,000 bottles on one container that would mean we are shipping 166,000,000 bottles which would take about 3200 containers. That would be 266 containers a month.
That would be a lot of traffic????
For the open minded.I have shipped to china.
I don't want to be a basher. I am holding long. However no numbers have been posted. Plans are not contracts. CUSIP changes don't automaticlly equate to a raise in stock price. Demand is clear but we are trying to get in. The big boys won't be sleepingeither. It is good news abot no dilution and financing in place
The big problem I have is with logistics. I work for an international shipping company. We have shipped for a number of fast food chains when they opened in the former east bloc as well as to china. The pictures on AQUA'S site are of one container of bottled water. Think of the water having to go from Iroquis probably via rail to Vancouver and then on then to port of entry china. We have 500 million and maybe more in contracts. You do not do this one container at a time. Freight rates are negotiated for x amount of containers. This applies to overland trucking/rail as well as ocean freight rates. I don't see the warehousing space for 100 millionen in water per year.
In the end it maybe they just don't know how to take pictures.
I am no stock expert but I do know about shipping to china. Cusip changes don't mean much either with pinkies IF it is not backed with news. (see SWVC) They went parabolic and in the end Hackets and all that amounted to nothing. I would like to make money just like the rest of you. This board can't just be an ongoing pep rally. So let's hope for the best.
GLTA !!!!!!!!!!!!
The company will do well in the long run but
I don't think this interview will help in the short term. I think we will see another dip. When we get detailed news money will start flowing in. The dip will be another buying opportunity but this is going to require patience for at least 2-3 more weeks. Now for those who have ben holding 6 years that is a blink. I have been holding since November. I am long and strong but in my opinion there was not enough substance there to hold us in above 0.095 until we see what is under the hood so to speak.
Just my opinion.
Bad news
BAE Systems Wins Contract to Develop and Produce Next Generation Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) II Test VehiclesLast update: 1/14/2008 12:05:24 PMSANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan 14, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- BAE Systems has been competitively selected to develop and produce prototypes of the next generation of Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) II vehicle with the award of a $5.7 million contract from the MRAP Joint Program Office. Under the MRAP II program, the government could order the production of up to 20,500 MRAP II vehicles, testing, spare parts and logistics support. As one of only two contractors chosen, BAE Systems will produce Category I MRAP II test vehicles based on the company's Caiman 6x6 design and Category II MRAP II test vehicles based on the company's RG33 6x6 vehicle. Six Category I MRAP II vehicles, along with improved armor solutions, will be provided to the customer in March 2008 for testing under the contract's initial delivery order. "The RG33 and Caiman vehicles have the right balance of payload capability, automotive performance, and blast protection, and have proven extremely capable of handling the significantly increased requirements of MRAP-II," said Matt Riddle, vice president of Wheeled Vehicle Programs. "Our designs offer mobility upgrades that significantly increase payload capacity and enable the integration of superior survivability enhancements across the threat spectrum." The award was announced by the MRAP JPO on December 18, 2007, after considering offers from four bidders. The MRAP II program is a joint effort across BAE Systems leveraging technologies from across the globe to create the best vehicle for soldiers in the field. Caiman vehicles will be produced in Sealy, Texas; Fairfield, Ohio; and Phoenix, Arizona, while RG33 vehicles will be produced in Santa Clara, California; York, Pennsylvania; Aiken, South Carolina; and Anniston, Alabama. In addition, BAE Systems in Alexandria, Virginia, will provide the vehicle's Rocket Propelled Grenade armor solution. MRAP II vehicles provide an enhanced blast resistant underbody designed to protect the crew from mine blasts, fragmentary and direct fire weapons. Category I vehicles support operations in urban environments and other restricted/confined spaces, including mounted patrols, reconnaissance, communications, and command and control. Category II vehicles provide a reconfigurable vehicle that can support multi-mission operations such as convoy lead, troop transport, explosive ordnance disposal, ambulance, and route clearance. About BAE Systems BAE Systems is the premier global defense and aerospace company delivering a full range of products and services for air, land and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, information technology solutions and customer support services.
